Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data studio.clud.si collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Hassan Hamed, Egypt (“we”), who sells the Clud Studio source code licence. Contact: hello@clud.si.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the “Request access” form:
- your name and email address
- whether you are a creator, an agency, a developer or something else
- which computer you use
- your message, if you write one
- the page language, the time you sent the form, and the country your connection comes from (added by our hosting provider)
If you buy a licence, we also keep the details needed for the sale: your name, email, the amount, the date and the payment method you used.
What we don’t collect
- No cookies and no tracking.
- No analytics, advertising or social media scripts.
- Fonts and videos are served from our own site, so no third party sees your visit through them.
Like every web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site. We don’t receive or store those logs ourselves.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and send payment options and the download.
- To deliver the licence and setup help you bought.
- To keep sales records that the law requires.
We use your data on the basis of your request (steps before a contract), the contract itself when you buy, and our legal duties for sales records. We never sell your data or use it for advertising, and we only email you about your request or purchase.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and stores form requests (Cloudflare Pages and Workers KV). Its servers are worldwide, including outside your country. Cloudflare protects transfers with standard contractual clauses.
- Our email provider carries the emails we exchange with you.
No one else receives your data unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Requests that don’t lead to a purchase: deleted within 12 months.
- Sales records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 5 years), then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to stop using it, or to send you a copy. Email hello@clud.si and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The site and the licence are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
